A way to escape everything, but safe links

Hello! I'd like to escape everything with any attrs, but safe links. Those I'd like to allow to be rendered as links. Is there such an option?
I tried this config, but it doesn't work the way I intended; it seems to allow all the attrs for everything.

Case closed! I found a workaround by defining two separate functions with a slightly different configs, so I can both sanitize links and escape everything else. Rubber duck method, huh)
