ezBake currently assumes you're creating a new repo. It should allow users to simply clone a repo #19

ezBake was designed for scaffolding new projects. It could easily be adapted to simply cloning projects but then running all of the icing and replacements to help individual members of the team get started. To do this, there should be an option to keep the cloned .git folder intact, and it should not modify/recreate the package.json file. This implies that the standard interrogator commands "author name" etc. wouldn't need to run, just whatever custom interrogators are defined in the ezBake setup.
