Inquirer provides the option to have a 'bottom bar' that remains static as people proceed through the questions. This could be used as a progress indicator to give users a sense of how far through the questions they are. This is especially useful when there are long lists of questions. We could count the total number of Ingredients and Env Steps, and then keep track of an iterator number as we move through those questions, updating a progress indicator as we go.
