[Error]: Permission denied when manipulating files

When I manipulate the file, there is a permission denial issue

I use an azure virtual machine, I need to prefix sudo when manipulating files, but I don't need to enter a password

I had a same issue.
In my case, it was related to directory owner of target on the target host.

The owner of target directory was root, so Actions didn't work.
