Use Redis for session storage

Description

Redis was added recently to the boilerplate. Checking the docs of https://github.com/jazzband/django-redis it seems like we can use it for storing sessions as well with this minor change.

SESSION_ENGINE = "django.contrib.sessions.backends.cache"
SESSION_CACHE_ALIAS = "default"
