generate-registry: Generate files

Feature Overview

aqua gr command doesn't generate files at the moment.
This proposal is to support generating files.

Why is the feature needed?

Please explain the problem you want to solve.

It's a bit bothersome to check files manually.
It is useful to generate files automatically.

Does the feature include Breaking Changes?

No.

Concern

To solve the issue, aqua has to download and unarchive assets per release, which is a bit heavy process.
So I didn't implement this, but maybe we will be able to support.
