tabs组件里面嵌套表格的时候，为什么会是先加载表格内容，上面的指示器才会跳过去？ #2853

tabs里面有嵌套的表格，t内容先切换了，但是上面的指示器要等两秒钟才能跳过去，就像下面展示的这样，看起来十分卡顿，这种怎么优化
