How can I set a value in my store for a query that takes variables?

I've been using the mocking feature of graphql tools to dynamically generate response to queries based on the schema. Overrall it works wonderfully.

To have some control over the data I set some values in the store

store.set('Query', 'ROOT', {queryName: {data}});

This works, my issues is how to setup the store for queries that take parameters :/ I've looked in the code and am not sure how to do it or even if it's currently possible. Any advice?
