Add property filtering

Today we have filtering on the accept type. There is also another dimension of filtering. Namely filtering based on property names.

If I only care about the property names 'abc' and Symbol.iterator it would be nice to only report changes to the observer if these changes. In other words, do not notify if some other property changes.
