To use in the slsa-release.yml workflow.

This would retrieve the transcript of the build job, parse it and generate an in-toto attestation (see https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/actions#download-job-logs-for-a-workflow-run).

Dependencies may also be extracted from the golang compiler.
