Description

Atom cannot delete files on mapped network drives on Windows.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a folder located on a mapped network drives
  2. Attempt to delete a file in that folder

Expected behavior: File deleted

Actual behavior: An error saying The following file couldn't be moved to trash, because there is no trash bin on mapped network drives.

Atom : 1.9.1
Electron: 0.37.8
Chrome : 49.0.2623.75
Node : 5.10.0

Suggestion: Atom should allow users to permanently delete files when trash bins are not available.
