'Move To' action

In notion, users can press a context menu and select 'move to', which opens this dialog:

We might show a similar type of view, re-using the hierarchy view of the sidebar. Note that the normal components cannot be re-used as is, because they have some buttons that we don't want to render.

An (easier) alternative is to show a search option (ResourceInput).
