Tooltip position not updated on first time mousehover , until mouse does not move

@atomiks In above example if try to switch route , first click on "open demo" you see tooltip with cursor after that you click on "exit" and again click on open demo , don't move mouse , you see tooltip is at old position near to exit text.
It works normal after mouse move,
Expected behavior : tooltip position need to change as per cursor movement
