"scripts/git/pusher.php" is not able to read ".tag" file

While 74976dc, the scripts/git/pusher.php is not able to read the scripts/git/.tag file.

Since this commit, the command php scripts/git/pusher.php look for the tag file at project root.
It's not possible to launch command from scripts/git because of git manipulations.

I see several options :

• Change the default value in https://github.com/atoum/atoum/blob/master/classes/scripts/git/pusher.php#L61, but I dont like to define a relative path in the method
• Define a different adapter for this class
• Add a new getRelativeDirectory to get old behavior
