CI does not work on pull_request.

@ridv @zorro786 hi, our Action CI does not work any more on this repo. and it just works fine on other repo.
I do not see the Action tab on

You need to enable it inside of the options. I turned it off a few months ago because it kept failing and didn't have the time to fix it.
