Please update f-droid version

Describe the bug

v1.9.9 has been released for a while, but on F-droid the latest version remains v1.9.7

We need a git tag fdroid-v1.9.9, so that the F-droid metadata can be updated.

Please keep in mind that version 1.9.9 is unable to connect to webdav sources, see issue #352. Given this, maybe it's best to keep it to version 1.9.7 for the moment? I know that webdav is used only by a minority of people, but it's quite a big regression, as it renders this fetch method completely unusable.

On F-droid it is easy to switch to an older version. This luxery is not present in the apple-store.
