AutoKey is a Xorg application and will not function in a Wayland session. Do you use Xorg (X11) or Wayland?

Can you briefly describe the issue?

Update the autokey-run man page format to be similar to the one that's being used in the in-process updates to the autokey-gtk and autokey-qt man pages (including the new SEE ALSO section that they use).

Also add this to the script option since it's a new feature that was added in AutoKey 0.96.0:

Accepts full paths to Python scripts. If no full path is given, will treat the name as an existing AutoKey script name instead.
