Print watch mode shortcut commands only once?

When you exec the test file in watch mode, this information text takes up a lot of space in the console, so can we show it only once or add an option to hide it.

This is how it happens when I use ava for the developer server.

Also, can we hide the unnecessary dash (-) symbol.

Yea, would be neat to clearly separate the runs but keep the commands at the bottom. This may be hard to do until #2500 though.
