Pupetteer hasn't been updated to support Apple Silicon: puppeteer/puppeteer#6622
This workaround did the trick for me: puppeteer/puppeteer#6622 (comment)

I'm leaving this issue as document if anyone else faces the same error, until we or puppeteer manage to resolve it 💫

This has been fixed in Puppeteer 9.0.0: https://github.com/puppeteer/puppeteer/releases/tag/v9.0.0
