Hello Team, while following up on the demo steps, we are facing an issue with the creation time for cloud formation stack access denied for "CreateKey" ChimeKMSKey. please help to resolve the same.

Could you check on your IAM policy that you used to deploy the CF template to see if it contains the CreateKey permission?
