How can I set my own unique target_id of EventBridge Rule #29557

According to this issue #3353 and the changes made here in this commit 5879178c2db3c9a23a77d09390ef6c80b72f7766

Target id is only set by CDK to be incremented to insure the uniqueness the id value.

However, what if it required to set own own ID instead, is that something we can support soon ?
Do I need to open a feature request ?
