Missing storageEncrypted when creating RDS database instance from snapshot?

Hi there, I was just trying to create a database instance based on a snapshot and noticed that there is no encryption at rest. Then I went into the CDK code and figured, there is no storageEncrypted attribute for the rds.DatabaseInstanceFromSnapshotProps. Is this on purpose? I wanted to ask here first before opening an issue. Thank you for your input on this.
