Describe the bug
The runtime 'nodejs20.x' is unsupported on IntelliJ

To reproduce
Try to run a lambda with nodejs20 runtime

Expected behavior
Should run as it's a supported runtime on all AWS regions

Your Environment

  • OS: Linux Mint 21.3
  • JetBrains product: IntelliJ Ultimate
  • JetBrains product version: IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3.4 (Ultimate Edition)
  • AWS Toolkit version: aws.toolkit (2.8-233)
  • SAM CLI version: aws-cli/2.15.20

The mismatch error appears in WebStorm 2023.3.6 with the last plugin AWS Toolkit - Amazon Q,​ CodeWhisperer,​ and more 2.16-233
