Difficulty Adding AWS Builder ID Leads to Plugin Crashes and Recognition Issues

Describe the bug

The issue reported by a customer on the plugin marketplace is that it's difficult to find out how to add an AWS builder ID to the plugin. After managing to add the builder ID and restarting the IDE, the plugin crashes. Additionally, the Codewhisperer part of the settings also doesn't recognize the builder ID.

To reproduce the issue:
