Describe the bug
I am unable to use the update code feature after last plugin update

this feature is missing : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/toolkit-for-jetbrains/latest/userguide/update-code-dialog.html

To reproduce

go to toolkit bar
open explorer
navigate to lambda section
right click on the lambda you want to update it's code
there should be an update code section

Expected behavior
i expect a clickable feature to update the code like this :
