Go version v10.1.187 is missing constructs_ConstructOptions.go

@eladb @kmarquardsen I am trying out the cdk8s library Getting Started doc from https://cdk8s.io/docs/latest/getting-started/#core-library
IDE can't find the constructs.ConstructOptions and it seems like the file is missing. Not sure if I am doing something wrong here.
