Memory leak in cert-manager-cainjector

What happened:
There is a bug in the cert-manager-cainjector version used as dependency by EKSA.

The bug was patched in version v1.12.3 - https://github.com/cert-manager/cert-manager/releases/tag/v1.12.3

What you expected to happen:
Update the bundle and get a fixed version.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Deploy a cluster and monitor cert-manager-cainjector memory usage.

Hi @alejandro-belleza-globant thanks for reporting the issue. We are upgrading to cert manager v1.13.0 in our v0.18.0 release.
