Dispatch errors when creating a s3 bucket with a lambda function #1098

When creating a bucket I receive a dispatch error.

My code

When running the function with cargo lambda watch I get this error on MacOS when I send a request

When the function is deployed and sending a request with lambdas test utility I get this error

I have been able to delete a bucket successfully using cargo lambda watch on the same computer.

The request event I'm using in both cases is https://github.com/calavera/aws-lambda-events/blob/main/src/fixtures/example-apigw-request.json

S3 Express One Zone is not supported yet — but it will be extremely soon! I'm guessing that's the issue, can you try again with tomorrow's release?
