Bug Report

  • Babel version(s): 7.13.12
  • Node/npm version: 14.16.0

Using @babel/standalone@7.13.2 in nodejs (cjs), parse export is not available, while checking docs it should provide same interface of @babel/core and in dist, seems we already have it just not exported.

(Update: edited issue. seems not a bug but feature request and dup of #11599, #11696)
