Assign a unique ID to each analysis and display it on this URL, so it becomes possible to share the analysis with others.

Currently, after the analysis, the URL is like this:
https://backyourstack.com/files

And it could like like:
https://backyourstack.com/files?analysisId=[UniqueAnalysisID]

or maybe:
https://backyourstack.com/[UniqueAnalysisID]

I like the idea and would love to have that.

However, this conflict with:

  • our current privacy policy, which is that private data is not shared/sharable with anyone
  • our current data policy, which is that we don't have any long term storage, just session and cache

So, we need to figure:

  • a long term data storage strategy (where to store the files, S3 perhaps?)
  • an opt in mechanism in the interface to allow users to make it public
