Raise Visiblity Of Dependency Usage

Using Open Collective as an example, there's no way to tell:

• How often a dependency is used (Say, through analyzing execution paths for calls to the dependency).
• How often a dependency is depended upon as a result of being a transitive dependency (I think BackYourStack only shows direct dependencies)
  • As an example, a dependency may be listed as a direct dependency of only a single organization project, but, that organization project may be dependend upon by all other organization projects, making that Open Source, Open Collective backed, project a more critical project to support.
