[Bug] undefined is output as null

lazy-ass v1.6.0

Reproduction

Using RunKit (also reproducible in browser, Chromium 68):

var lazyAss = require("lazy-ass");

var a = undefined,
    b = null;

lazyAss(a === b, a, '!==', b);

Expected Behavior

Output:

Error: undefined !== null

Actual Behavior

Output:

Error: null !== null
