[BUG] After duplicating overlapping strategy then going back, user-specific strategy options are missing #1183

Observed in Firefox 125, MacOS.

Actual:

From My Strategies, open the options menu of an overlapping strategy.
Select duplicate strategy.
Go back, then open strategy options for the same overlapping strategy again.
User-specific options are missing.
Refresh, works again.

Expected:

From My Strategies, open the options menu of an overlapping strategy.
Select duplicate strategy.
Go back, then open strategy options for the same overlapping strategy again.
Shown options are the same as before.
