When loading plugin, let user know what is happening #344

Expected Behavior

When zazu running git clone, it may be very slow due to poor network, should let user know what's happening.

Actual Behavior

It just saying "plugin is loading 10/11"

Versions

Zazu: 0.6.0
OS: MacOS 10.14.4 (18E226)
GIT: 2.20.1 (Apple Git-117)
