多半是商户密钥和p12文件不对

我也遇到了，是不是没配置 pfx 证书路径的原因

有些API是需要证书的，尤其是涉及到钱款退回的那种，所以如果有用到这些API，建议直接在配置的时候把pfx属性带上（就是p12证书）

已经搞定了，确实是证书弄错出问题
