JS-код проекта уже проверяется линтером. Можно так же проверять CSS.

Раз вы уже перешли на PostCSS, то самым лучшим выбором будет Stylelint.

Но главный вопрос — какие чаще всего ошибки происходят с CSS? О чём чаще всего забывают в PR?

Если нужна помощь, я мог бы кинуть людей с Cult of Martians. Но тут, наверное, главный вопрос — какие именно правила включать. Сложно будет сделать PR человеку извне.
