Inside a custom AssetLoader I want to fetch data from another asset, which also uses a custom AssetLoader. The problem is that my asset loaders uses types to determine which AssetLoader to use and not file extensions. I have multiple file types with the same extension (.dat, which I can't change).
When I make this call:
let inner_data = load_context.load_direct(path_to_inner_asset).await?;
I get the error that it can't figure out which loader to use.
Normally I would use this:
let asset:Handle<MyFancyAsset> = asset_server.load("path_to_asset");
and I don't need the loader to specify a file extension in this instance.
How can I give the load_direct function more information to use to correct AssetLoader?
