Describe the bug
Presenter doesn't see changes to annotation that are made by regular user with whiteboard access

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Presenter draws something e.g. line
2. User with whiteboard access changes it - e.g. change size of drawing
3. Presenter doesn't see this change

Expected behavior
Presenter and user both should see updated annotation.

Actual behavior
Presenter sees previous state (the one after his drawing)
