[3.0] Presentation with wrong zoom in some cases

Describe the bug
The presentation zoom out when resizing the browser, happens only for the presenter.
Changing the layout zoom out the presentation happens only for the presenter.
Changing any settings related to the whiteboard zoom in the presentation happens for the moderator and attendee.
