3D genome data format conversion

I would like to express my gratitude for developing such a lightweight tool. I believe that data format conversion is a common issue in three-dimensional genome research and I would like to propose the addition of a three-dimensional genome data format conversion method to your tool.

Fortunately, there is a great tool HiCLift available that can be integrated for this purpose.

Dear @wbszhu thanks a lot for your interest.
I do not have much experience with 3D genome data format but HiCLift looks like a good candidate for bioconvert indeed. We'll look into it. Meanwhile if you have interest in providing a PR, I'll be more than happy to help you.
