Document registering inner classes in pre-run hook

I'm pretty sure you can do something like gut.get_doubler. register_inner_classes(...) inside a hook script but I haven't tested it. It should be verified and documented in Hooks.md. Maybe even add a register_inner_classes to hook_script.gd to make this a little easier.
