Block self-reblog

Do you think if would be possible to add an option to hide self-reblogs? There are some blogs I follow that for whatever reason keep reblogging their own posts over and over and it's really annoying

There's currently a way to block self-reblogs on a per user basis by adding a blacklist entry like:

bjornstar reblogged a post from bjornstar

I definitely considered adding that option in the past and I'll give it some more thought.
