Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Private messages really need to be as private as possible. See the repercussions of that not being the case. Human lives hang in the balance.

Describe the solution you'd like
Now that PM's are going to be a thing:

Hire an external auditor to check the PM code prior to going to prod. Someone like Moxie, or modern day equivalent.

AND

Take 10's of thousands of dollars to create a bug bounty program, specifically for private data.
