Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is currently not possible to tell if a label has been applied at an account or post level - leading to situations where people don't understand why a benign post has been labelled with something like 'intolerance', undermining the labelling system (i.e. users reveal a post labelled 'intolerance' and see 'I like cats' and assume the labeller is arbitrary and untrustworthy).

Describe the solution you'd like

Post labels and profile labels should be distinct. Account-level labels will be more common so they could maybe collapse into a single icon with a number that shows the label modal when a post label is applied:

This should probably be a little visually different to differentiate from a label that is just a number.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Colour-coding could work, though that could get busy, and grouping requires a lot more screen real-estate. There are probably other good approaches, but the 'X labels' modal already exists, so this seems like a pragmatic path.
