Unfortunate layout in Workspace Config editor

The Workspace tab of the Workspace Config editor unnecessarily wastes a lot of screen real estate for the first two sections. The only interesting content, the list of plugins, cannot be shown as there is not enough remaining space.

I suggest changing the layout so that Workspace and Plugin-Path only take the necessary space.

From my experience, most of the times there are plugins, but no plugin-paths specified. If that is generally true, the Plugins section could be moved up to appear before the Plugin-Paths section.
