Template Repository preference validates irrespective of Branch #1926

Open: Preferences -> Bndtools -> Workspace Templates
Under GitHub repos, select bndtools/workspace and click edit (pencil button).
Set the branch to something non-existant.
Click Validate. The dialog validates irrespective of the branch specified, as long as the repository itself exists.
