• Intl.Collator
• Intl.DateTimeFormat
  Partially blocked on Create an Ideal Components Bag / Skeleton for DateTimeFormat  unicode-org/icu4x#1317. Could offer a prototype without skeleton patterns first.
• Intl.DisplayNames
  Blocked on Finalize the DisplayNames component unicode-org/icu4x#3913
• Intl.ListFormat
• Intl.Locale
• Intl.NumberFormat (partial support)
  • Implement formatting notations other than "standard".
    Blockers:
    • Support ECMA-402 NumberFormat-compatible engineering number formatting unicode-org/icu4x#3984
    • Support ECMA-402 NumberFormat-compatible scientific number formatting unicode-org/icu4x#3983
    • Finish compact decimal formatting unicode-org/icu4x#3647 (Technically not a blocker, but it would be good to avoid using experimental crates)
  • Implement formatting styles other than "decimal".

  • Implement formatting for non-finite float numbers (Infinity, -Infinity, NaN).
