Cannot toggle energy saver

Description

Energy saver keeps coming back

And your tutorial shows how to disable it

But there's no such option in my settings

I also checked brave://flags/ and reset all to default in case something experimental was going on
Yet issue persists
I don't want to save energy, I want my browser to be as fast as possible regardless of CPU or memory usage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get Brave v 1.65.132
2. Wait? It's random... eventually energy saver randomly toggle on

Actual result:

Energy saver never enabled by using a toggle option

Expected result:

Energy saver randomly gets toggled on, and there's no option to disable it

Reproduces how often:

Intermittent, very random, about once / ~1 or 2 days

Desktop Brave version:

1.65.132 Chromium: 124.0.6367.202 (Official Build) (64-bit)
