WebP "User Comment" meta in IFD0 group is not recognised

I'm using the package to reading the meta data from the image files.

And I noticed exift in WebP seems not being parsed.

image.exif always returns null.

It's true, I never got to implementing EXIF decoding for WebP. It's still a TODO in the code. Guess I should TODO it soon.

You're right, I hadn't gotten back to this.

But now that I've been reminded, I went ahead and added it. It should be decoding WebP EXIF in the git version now. I'll work on publishing sometime soon.
