Adding the buttons to the Section edit page breaks some extensions

I am not sure this is an issue with this scaffolds extension or with the fragility of the other extensions but because you add a button element to the section edit page some extensions such as Static Section and Publish Filter break (that look for child elements on that page)

As I said on the forums, I'll look at alternate ways to add Scaffolds to the page, but the other extensions should be doing some basic error checking as well.

I guess this is a general issue with the Extensions and there should be some Symphony provisions for extension loading order etc. Thanks.
